At Love High Tea, we create beautiful, handcrafted high tea experiences for celebrations, gifts, corporate events and special occasions across Sydney.

Love High Tea is led by husband-and-wife team Catherine and Chef Guillaume. With almost three decades of experience as a business owner creating and managing events, Catherine brings extensive experience in hospitality, events and creating memorable celebrations. Chef Guillaume brings more than 15 years of culinary experience, combining classic French techniques with premium ingredients and beautiful presentation.

We’re best known for our signature High Tea Towers, award-winning scones and handcrafted desserts, all made fresh from scratch.

Alongside high tea, we offer event catering, corporate catering, private chef services and private high tea events for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, yacht events and special celebrations.

Whether you’re ordering a High Tea Tower for two or catering for hundreds of guests, our focus is simple: exceptional food, beautiful presentation and memorable service.

In 2024, Chef Guillaume and the Love High Tea team catered an elegant high tea experience for more than 700 VIP guests at the Cake, Bake & Sweets Show at ICC Sydney.
