Love High Tea is a Sydney-based business specialising in luxury High Tea, magnificent catering and unforgettable celebrations.
Love High Tea is led by Catherine and Chef Guillaume, combining decades of experience in events, entertainment and hospitality. Catherine has spent close to 30 years running professional entertainment and events businesses, developing a keen eye for detail and a wealth of experience in creating memorable events. Chef Guillaume brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience, including many years as a French pastry chef, and a passion for beautifully made food.
Beautiful food and beautiful presentation have always gone hand in hand for us, from our freshly made High Tea and award-winning scones to our Royal Albert fine china and styled table settings.

We’re best known for our signature High Tea Towers, Sydney Royal award-winning scones and handcrafted desserts, all made fresh from scratch.
For our full-service High Tea events, our food is complemented by an extensive collection of beautiful fine china, including our stunning Royal Albert fine bone china collections. From romantic vintage florals to timeless elegant designs, our crockery allows us to create High Tea settings that are every bit as beautiful as the food itself.
Beyond High Tea, we also provide corporate and event catering and private chef services for weddings, yacht events and special celebrations across Sydney.

Our High Tea Venue
Love High Tea is also home to Fairy and the Frog, our enchanting private venue in Concord, where guests can enjoy the complete Love High Tea experience in a charming and nostalgic setting.
With its whimsical details and nostalgic charm, the venue is the perfect setting for both our Vintage Royal Albert Collection and Wonderland Collection, creating a truly magical backdrop for private celebrations and selected High Tea event days.

Love High Tea has catered for organisations including Sydney University, Hugo Boss, BNP Paribas, Panasonic, Palace Cinemas, MLC School and ICC Sydney.
In 2024, Chef Guillaume and the Love High Tea team catered an elegant High Tea experience for more than 700 VIP guests at the Cake, Bake & Sweets Show at ICC Sydney.
