In 2024, Chef Guillaume and the Love High Tea team catered an elegant High Tea experience for more than 700 VIP guests at the Cake, Bake & Sweets Show. Following the event’s success, Guillaume was invited back to the ICC Sydney to cater for VIP guests once again and present live cooking demonstrations.
