Order Notice & Delivery Information

We kindly ask for a minimum of 4 days’ notice for all orders.

As everything is made fresh from scratch, this preparation time is essential.

Orders can be picked up directly from our commercial kitchen in Concord. If pickup isn’t possible, we also offer a delivery service.

Once your order is placed, we’ll coordinate a convenient pick-up or delivery time with you. All deliveries are managed in-house, ensuring smooth service.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your order on the day of delivery, as our driver is unable to wait. If no one is home, the order will be left at the doorstep, and a photo will be taken and sent to you for confirmation.

To preserve freshness, we recommend consuming your High Tea shortly after delivery or refrigerating it until ready to enjoy.

All deliveries are made in our refrigerated Love High Tea truck, ensuring your order arrives fresh and on time.
