Delivery Information

If the date you wanted isn’t available at checkout in our delivery calendar, please send us an email to info@lovehightea.com.au as we may still be able to assist depending on your location.

Our High Tea is normally available for delivery Tuesday-Friday. We do offer some weekend delivery dates but you will need to email us to check availability. We also have pick up available from our commercial kitchen in Concord or Glenhaven. Our High Tea is available on weekends if you would like to pick up.

We are able to accommodate larger orders (over 4 towers) to areas currently outside our delivery zone. Please email us.

Please include your preferred time of delivery when checking out and we will do our very best to accommodate as close to the time as we can.

You will need to make sure someone is available to collect your order on the day of delivery. Our driver won’t be able to wait at your address. If no one is home and will need to leave your order on the doorstep and will take a photo and send to you. Please be sure to not leave it out long as our High Tea needs to be consumed soon after delivery or kept in the fridge.

We do all our own deliveries in our Love High Tea refrigerated truck. This ensures your delivery will be safely transported and without too much delay.
